Recently, the “INTCO Medical Cup” 5th “Partner Search” University Student Innovation Project Matchmaking Fair and the Establishment Ceremony of the Student Innovation Team, sponsored by INTCO Medical and hosted by the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering at Shandong University of Science and Technology, concluded successfully.

The event aimed to foster deep industry-academia collaboration, encouraging students to apply theoretical knowledge from classrooms and laboratories to actual projects. By promoting hands-on innovation, the initiative seeks to equip students with practical skills, enhance their capabilities, and nurture them into professionals with innovative mindsets and real-world experience.

On the event day, 30 university project mentors collaborated and innovation teams to conduct on-site recruitment, offering over 120 positions. The initiative drew enthusiastic participation from more than 300 students, who actively submitted recruitment intention forms. This strong response highlights students’ eagerness for innovative practices and underscores INTCO Medical’s vital role in promoting university innovation and supporting youth development.In recent years, INTCO Medical has continuously strengthened industry-academia collaboration, actively participating in talent development at universities and contributing to the growth of innovative professionals.
