Recently, INTCO Medical was shortlisted for the 2024 Pingyao International Photography Exhibition with two photographs full of the spirit of struggle. This world-class photography event brings together top photographers and artworks from all over the world. INTCO Medical’s works in the exhibition not only showcase the company’s unique culture of strugglers, but also sings a song of praises for strugglers in ordinary positions.

After 24 years of development, the Pingyao International Photography Exhibition has become one of the most influential exhibitions in the international photography community. “Blooming” is a warm scene when the company gave roses to female staff who were struggling on the front line of production on the occasion of Women’s Day. The female colleagues in the photo hold roses in their hands and smile brightly, which makes them look particularly gentle in the workshop where the machinery roars. Roses symbolize their tenacity and enthusiasm. This work not only shows their beauty and confidence, but also praises the important contribution of every woman in the workplace.

Another work “INTCO of Strugglers” is the freeze-frame of wheelchair welding workshop, where a welder is concentrating on his work. Between the steel bars and iron pipes, his figure looks particularly resolute and focused. This work silently tells the dedication of INTCO staff to keep improving at their jobs, and the ordinary and great labor scene is awe-inspiring.
